Do you ever get the feeling..
That this whole place is bull****
Wishing to run away
But they even own the wilderness
Sick of all the f***ing lies
And fed up with the politics
Watch them turn an eye
And smile in their corruption
Swallow up those stupid pills
Let them tell us
You’re mentally ill
They close your mind
By design, they want to keep us clouded
Sold us on some cigarettes
A pack of death filled with more
They’ll watch us die every time
Just to secure a profit
Keep us eating sh**ty food
**** they know is cancerous
Keep us on the dollar meal
Got us on a sugar rush
Exploiting natural weakness
They’d rather see us big as hell
And dying because we’re worthless
Selling us on the short run
No model for the long one
Gladly buy your company up and strip it of its assets
Crooked ass bankers
Rolling on some dividends
Conned us on a credit score
Fake money that burns us
Buy a house and the bubble bursts
Now they watch us homeless
Out of house and likely work
What exactly made us deserve this
Wars that will never end
Eating all the budget up
Instead of finding tool of peace
They lean on holocausts
Phony prophets suck us in
And rob us of our justice
They want us to sell our souls
And settle for corruption
Telling us to pay it up
So your church can turn a profit
And when we rise
They shut us down
And murder us in secret
Or lock us up in a jail
That likely makes a profit
Cash is king so they say
But to us it should be worthless
Search our soul
Raise our voice
Free our land of injustice
This house was part-founded by the nobles
Who counseled the monarchs of our land
Then strengthened by the Magna Carter
Signed by King Johns’ royal hand
At first its foundations were rocky
As house and monarchs just couldn’t agree
On decisions, and who had the final say
From time to time, it would end violently
As in the 17th century with civil unrest
Between the Kings’ Cavaliers and the roundheads
The house, led by Cromwell, won the war
King Charles alas, ended up dead
The clash between house and Kings ended
With the ‘Glorious Revolution’,
And the passing of ‘the Bill of Rights’
Giving rise to our Constitution
The house since then has seen changes
At the passing of each new decade,
With the Constitution amended
As each new bill has been made
Today the house has elected officials,
The peoples ‘voices’ to represent
Standing proud in the name of democracy
This old house that is our Parliament.
In the house a monster grows.
Dissention seethes unchecked,
this house divided stands alone.
The strongest rule, the rest beaten, submit,
hopelessly pay homage, for now.
The young, attention is speculative
in hope of increasing dominance.
Strength through numbers, majority rule.
Know those who now rule will again be replaced,
they sulk, awaiting their turn.
Until then, they will pretend and play their game.
A country suffers, new fighting begins,
parlay and banter are not our friends,
The people the victim once again.
Strong medicine needed to bring this monster its end.
This two party system is destroying from within.
In the house a monster grows.
Dissension seethes unchecked,
this house divided stands alone.
The strongest rule, the rest beaten, submit,
hopelessly pay homage, for now.
The young, attention is speculative
in hope of increasing dominance.
Strength through numbers, majority rule.
Know those who now rule will again be replaced,

This two party system is destroying from within.
