Unbelievably

I don't  believe this how could it be?
The love of my life just walked out on me
Now is when the heartbreak comes to call
Unbelievably In an instant I just lost it All

Unsure whether to scream or to cry
Every part my Soul wants to die
I need you like I need the air
We had dreams why is life so unfair?

Together working towards our goal
Assumed wed be together & grow old
Unified your hand forever I would hold
Truth is you left me months ago

Optomistic heart refuses to let you go
Praying with help you'll get  some clarity
Your heart knows you belong with ME
I love you why won't you let me in?

Amazing feeling your skin on my skin
We slacked didn't put each other first
Come back to me we can make it work
Remember the things we were gonna do?
no one on Earth for me there's only YOU

How I wish that you never got sick
Tell the Man I adore that hes sorely missed
That he's the sole owner of my heart
Remember we clicked right from the start?

The best first date ever on Earth
Can't imagine this soul crushing hurt
We said if we can't make it no one can
Dreamed of a life with my lover & best friend
.
You disappeared  slowly, I hate this disease!
has completely devastated & ruined me
Our love story one of the greatest ever told
You are the piece that makes me whole

Somehow you forgot and left me lonely
Left alone and wracked with insecurity
We  believed  that we were meant to be
Brokenhearted as you slipped away slowly

We let this happen that's how it came to tbis
I believed that we agreed that we'd never quit
Suppose I just wasn't worth the fight?
You'll miss me on those cold lonely nights

I loved you since the day that we met
One day  you'll be filled with such regret
Loyal & dedicated I did everything right
Fought for both of us put up a good fight

How can we fix this what can we do?
Finally figured out its not me its you
You understand me like precious few
Planned to wear those rings dreams of "I do"

Rare love that  romantic poems are penned of
You don't give up on this kind of special love
Your heart knows I'm the best Women for you
Devastated watching as you fade from view

Ins and Outs Part 4

Author's note: This is an epic length poem that will have to be split into parts and will be serialized in successive posts.

Part 3

Dr. D. confers in panic
with Rex and boys at the Limbo Saloon
by now my eyes are ping pong balls
the final recommendation is for
ritual abandonment
Fra Umbilicus answers his page
in the monastery wing
and servos his motorchair up to my railing
intones the curse of the catacombs
think of it as original my sin er son

how the flat line fooled the experts
was on the 6 o'clock
perhaps it was the fact
that it went vertical
tripping alarm buzz circuits
from Hell to breakfast
like a reeking retching lurching
Nietschean Lazarus
a scarred and demented Universe
gave birth to itself
and the combined riotous
and cheering populations
of BURN WARD 3
and AMPUTATION WARD 2
and NARCOLEPSY WARD 666
cameras pick up deicide in the stairwell
a theomachian commotion
clangity-whaaang go the
oxygen tanks bouncing four flights
plopity-smash go
the out/intravenous bottles
whackety-crack
goes his portable Respiropump
screechety-eech
goes NEURO WARD's $90,000 Lobotoscan
cascading sympathetically

8er from Decatur

straining against the tube works
and their attached impedimenta
beneath the basement corridor steam pipes
awakening autopsy cadavers
with every labored pitch and yaw
bursting through the fire exit
on the firing squad's day off
out onto St. Hilarity's loading dock
he turns and waves howdy-ose amigoes
to the gathered throngs
Musela, Tex, the Santa Guadalupe Mariachis
slams Lucille the ambulance's door
severing all connections
arm tube nose tube mouth tube
chest tube piss tube
hits the throttle light bar and siren
and lets Lucille's squealing wheels
burn rubber clear down
to the land of rubber plantations
until the tank hits empty
and memory returns syllables
and lost parts of speech
the twin t's of utterance two swords
and fate the swindler of souls
has a blowout
at 90 at 5...at 15...
the separated twins
separate the H-O-R-I-Z-O-N
into before and after
rhyming less on the outside
than on the inside out
a vacation follows

Do I Wanna Publish

Do I wanna publish? Let me think this through...
I only wanna publish, if my work means something to you
I only wanna publish, if my writing like thunder strikes you with truth
And I only wanna publish, if my work ends up being sentimental to you
I don't wanna publish, 'cause my writing still causes me tears
I don't wanna publish, 'cause inking ose pages are my open heart, thoughts, & fears
My writing is like a diary - it tends to set me free
They are without a doubt, my emotions and pain that these pages bleed
I don't wanna publish, for greed, fame, fortune, riches, virgins, control, or power
All my tears, blood, sweat, experiences, hurt, and my life has been super sour
I'm brutally blunt and it will trigger - and most people can't handle that
My writing can reflect bullying - especially in those years I was unnecessarily fat
There's domestic violence, sex, hate, and an extremely naughty sailor's mouth
There's writing about my drug use and homelessness - without a f--king couch
There's poetry about love, life, suicide, and especially on death
There's solitude and sedation, narcotics, and those bad memories I've kept
There's poetry about addiction, homosexuality, and a whole bunch on suicide
There's a bunch of poems on true murders - where a lot of mine have died
My writing is not for the weak, immature, or faint-hearted
There's lots of poetry on love - how it ended and when it started
A lot of my priceless energy I've spent on my rhymes and my words
Utilizing an enormous vocabulary, on nouns, adjectives, and verbs
There's short-stories & non-fiction about my witchcraft path
And on those pages with colors of ink pens - illicits a hellspawn of wrath
There's rage in those pages - trapped in cages
There's rape, hurt, blood, wishes, and infinite tears
Do I wanna publish my work? Yes; I heard - but my answer right now is I don't know
considering there's 15 years of my entire life written in wickedly defensive words...

Premium Member Behind the Chainlink Fence

Behind the fence, not there to play, two junkyard dogs are on the prey
Engines scrapped, and fenders bent, and shattered glass now pays the rent
Heavy pedals, limp and wasted, rusty metal, paint that's faded
It's much too late to get our kicks, Route 66 has led to this !
Now, these old friends sped past their prime, perched up on blocks and wearing time
Do they need new carburetors? ….And we should check the tachometers

Their teeth and pride are all knocked in, piled high they hide, in "auto-bins"
How many horses are under hoods? Would they tell me if they could?
Easy riders rocked the day, now planted-crops in fields of hay

Castaways, just piles of parts, where some are savored for their hearts
Hear the squeak of this old seat, and that one has an oil leak
Anti-freeze won't save the day….and frozen gears won't melt today!
I wish that we could turn back time, and see this jewel while in its prime
Nose to nose, in scattered rows, while rubber hoses rot to slime
Leaky oil soils shoes, ….And black exhaust is hot perfume
Is there heaven for old cars?……."Car 54" , oh where are you?
New transmission, with permission, or could we get one realigned?
Kick the tires, it's retired……..but with some love it might be tried

Find a jewel, don't be fooled. Could there be a life inside?
Excitement sparks, and spark-plugs start, I have a new idea in mind !!
Now were talkin' ……..I'm not walkin'…… I have plans to drive
Cough exhaust, but it won't cost as much, if I just try to
exhume this guy, the one I'll buy, will be my pride and joy !!

Premium Member Love Is Evergreen

Love is a breath of fresh air in the park, a sapling inhaling sunshine
Open your heart to it and it will surely make you feel wonderful
Veer towards it and it will take you through the dance of life
Each and every one of us is capable of such, don't ask too much

Icebergs melt at the sight of it, icecaps too by Love's hemisphere
Sintillating emotions bubble up when it draws close, just enjoy it !

Eager to please love is always on the roll cruising right past go
Veer towards it and it will take you through the dance of life
Eye candy it is not, its much more than that, its enduring and strong
Regard it with great passion and zeal, for its something you can't steal
Grow with it and know that when its true love, it never dies, like the
Rose, even when the petals fall away the memory of its scent remains
Enameled in the heart forever and a day, Love is like an evergreen tree
Enlisted in nature's plea, it is always well taken care of, by the dovotee
Night never closes in on it without a sweet goodnight, love oh love, it is !

Keep N' It Real

Don't Loose Sight; it might pass by!
                                          Blink Once, Blink Twice,
                                                            Did You,
                                                              See It?
                                                         Just Keep n' It Real!

MY DEAR ONU

My dear Mama, oh so dear,
A mother true, always near.
From childhood's dawn till present day,
You guided us, showed the way.

With "Sugar Boy" by your side,
Together you led, with love and pride.
To "Oko Eti-ose" and "Oko Okuku" farms,
We trekked, with loaded arms.

The roads were long, the loads were heavy,
I cried, but you helped me be brave.
Coming home, with weary feet,
You soothed my tears, made our hearts meet.

With meager pay, as teacher true,
You and "Sugar Boy" saw us through.
Education's doors, you opened wide,
Degrees acquired, our futures inside.

In pain, you helped; in need, you gave,
Ensuring food, a roof to save.
Your partnership, a shining light,
Taught me teamwork, day and night.

You and Papa, a perfect pair,
United, selfless, beyond compare.
No difference, in love and care,
You both showed us, how to share.

May your days be long and bright,
Filled with joy, love's warm light.
We recognize, your sacrifices grand,
Thank you, dear Mama, hand in hand.

Faith Is a Powerful Thing

F aceless is the connivance of our deadly foe
A llegiance to our Saviour is the way to go
I mmutable services of great magnitude
T rust in holy teachings shall not be misconstrued
H abitual desire brings us to our knees

I mmeasureable lifetime soul courses for trainees
S purious thoughts and emotions deter progress

A tonement for misdemeanours, less we regress

P atrick, an alcoholic, forgot how to pray
O bedience to his true faith dissolved away
W alking through Central Park to his own detriment
E mbodiment entity of evil descent
R ose up before Patrick with purposeful intent
F ascinated he approached his deadly demise
U plifting his face to see his assailant's eyes
L andscape of verdant grasses, bright bluest of skies

T emperate climate, with many birds to enthrall
H ow, why, where could he be? Perhaps, dreaming it all
I mage of Jesus formed, as he heard his name call
N umbed by anaesthetic, he vowed to live again
G lorifying his Saviour for a life regained

Carry the Day

C-arry the day,
Y-ou spread the wings and fly;
N-ow is the right time,
T-wenty-first morn in July.
H-ave to carry the day,
I-nto the sky soar high;
A-im for victory, as the rivers never run dry.

F-ly and prevail,
L-ose not the shining star;
O-nce you take the prize,
R-ejoice for reaching that far.
E-merge victorious, after fighting all forms of evil;
S-top the devil's charge by following the Father's will.

A-s you carry the day,
S-unlight is shining bright;
U-se the best of your time,
N-egating the darkest night.
C-limb the highest mountain,
I-n your mind you can achieve;
O-nly when you totally trust,
N-eglecting not what you believe.

E-levate to the top,
R-ise above the crowd;
M-ake your presence felt,
I-n your heart shout it loud.
T-riumph over the storm, braving the weather all the way;
A-lmighty God shall hold you as you carry the day.

A Beautiful Day

J-ust see the rise of the sun
A-fter the rain disappears;
N-ight shadows have vanished to let the light dry your tears.

K-ind weather stays the same,
E-arly morn has broken;
R-ain and cold wind chill
L-ose their ground in the open.
E-ighteenth day third month, the lonely twilight is over;
N-o longer I view the dusk because of joy and laughter.

Y-our birth brings much mirth to each and every one;
U-nder the wide bright sky I can feel the cheer and fun.

D-awn has started shining to warm your heart and mind;
E-ven if there are trials of life, from above happiness you'll find.

O-ne air up high is clear
C-louds are nowhere in sight;
A-s the haze has faded,
M-ist has missed the words I write.
P-ure delight and sheer smile make the moment memorable;
O-verflowing love of the Lord lets the day be beautiful.
