Dedicated to all those who lost Sons and Daughters to war
It's Memorial Day today
I hear the bands uptown
I'm sure there are many flags
Hung all around
Soon the BBQ will fill the air
Friends and family will come
Many will laugh and celebrate
This day means only fun
Oh to me this day means not the same
For they came knocking at my door
With news that changed our life forever
On my knees I dropped to the floor
They said my son has died in battle
That he was brave to the end
He died for God and Country
Be proud when sorrow begins
A strong and honored man he was
He loved this country so
He happily gave his life for her
If only all would know
He saw the value of freedom
He stood bravely against the foe
I still see his smile and feel his Hugs
he'd go back again I know
Our boys feel love and strength inside
In the uniform that they wear
They would proudly do it all again
Because for you they care.
There are no words that we can say
describing these women and men
No amount of gratitude is enough
To show the love within
For they wear their uniform with honor
We all need to stop and pray
Each time we see them say THANKYOU
And may God Bless them along the way
The last full measure of Devotion
My son gave to each one of us
As many many others have before
In their strength we must trust
We too must be dedicated to this land
To keep this country free
For freedom isn't free at all
For my son this I plea
Turn back to God oh mighty Nation
may all dedicate their life to you
May all who live here love Her
And stand for freedom too
Don't give in to the Devil
Don't turn your back on God
One Nation indivisible
Oh my son died for the land you trod
Be strong in your love for Her
Make it a great land again
Turn your backs on evil
For it's her people that need faith again
So today when you're having fun
In the joy of all you do
Step back a moment and say a prayer
For our children who give their life for you

Yes the Catheolic's will have their day, so do the Protestent and the Baptish and also
the Christian's are all subject to see sad day's. Yes-yes happiness is an adjective de-
scribing a feeling that becomes seen on the faces of all that celebrate Christmas in
their own way. In their own way, face's tend to hide just what is going on in their lives
as pain or some tragedy has happen, and now all the commercialism of this particu-
lar day (Christmas) is more convind and the more serious picture is doctrinated in their
minds. Some mother's on this day may find it hard, a child is gone and somewhere even
walking thru the crowded malls, there's still an emptiness that the pagentry of the holi-
day's doesn't miss the heartache or a good gesture of kindness want replace.
The story tells us in our bible that he's the sacrificial lamb of life that shall die for the
sinner's you and I and even the great new's of the Messiah, born in Bethlehem can not
stop the flow of tears when the Catheolic's, Protestent, Baptish and all the many different
religious folks realize they had killed the son of God. "Sad day's of Christmas, Jesus you
are that gift that bring's gladness of everlasting to the real reason this mad-mad world of
envious and child-molesters and all kinds of truculent people's that have turn your birth-
day to a day that they tried to implicate into the wicketness of their own sickness". So
Mom's and Dad's this Christmas season if for whatever reason you are sad this day, rem-
ember Jesus loves you and from the richness of Heaven did he come, he comes to reunite
from the seperation. Mankind he tells-us, "I am the truth and the light, no man can come
to the father, less he come through Me". With every tear-drop there is prayer, and with
every sad moment, he's the atonement of joy and with hug's and kisses, "he is the Lamb
of Gladness!!".
Beachfront condos shrouded in the early mist
of morning. Seagulls hanging on the breeze,
their screeching waking sleepyheads
before their coffee, it's July the 4th,
the holiday is here!
Sailboats daubed in milky opalescence
growing clear, as sunlight nibbles at the sea wall.
Artists set their easels, hotdog vendors
primed and waiting, T-shirt boutiques
ready for the avalanche.
Parking-lots are full, it's getting hot now.
Suntanned beauties modeling string bikinis
scramble for position.
"Let's get the best spot on the beach!"
they cry, toting towels and frisbees to the sand.
Flags and beer are peddled in profusion;
smells of barbecue and pizza fill the air.
Suntan oil for those who need it,
all those fair-skinned redheads seeking
rest and refuge from the blazing sun.
Painters competing for the famed Grand Prize,
trying to catch the essence of the ocean.
Could be the next Monet! Muted pastels
smeared on canvas. Hold on, Claude,
you'd best not give up your day job!
Para-gliders soar in gay abandon,
floating through the sky like eagles hovering
they lay it on the line. You ask me,
it's sheer recklessness,
all those crazy people cheating gravity!
Musicians making ready for the concert,
violins and tubas tuning up.
People find their beach chairs
and get comfortable to listen
to the melodies of vintage Broadway songs.
And then the fireworks - woosh, boom, crackle! -
shock the heavens with their iridescent light.
'The Star-Spangled Banner.' Couples cuddle
up in blankets to watch the rockets
paint the sky 'Red, White and Blue!'
They make their way contented to their cars,
young and old alike loved the festivities.
Stop to get some Rolaids, (too much pizza,
fun and frolic!) but the day will last forever
in their minds!
I walked into the kitchen,
Would it be turkey or chicken?
A debate was about to unflold,
I, now to tackle it so bold.
To fix a well planned meal,
soon to be a really big deal.
So to the store I went,
My budget quickly spent.
A meal of turkey and dressing,
tied tightly, cooked with blessing.
So then as all arrived,
of course none food deprived.
All ready to partake,
The turkey I will now bake.
It was soon done,
a day of so much fun.
Upon a plate,
turkey his now fate.
I carried him in,
with a big fat grin.
Off the plate it slid,
Off grandpa's head a quick skid.
Hit the shoulder of Uncle Frank,
He thought it was from Uncle Jim a prank.
He lifted his plate,
for that in mid air turkey's sake.
Then grandma hit it with a rake,
Then I wished I'd of cooked steak.
"Score" grandma smiled and said,
as I caught a look from Uncle Fred.
It flew then to the other room,
Where Aunt Pat hit it with her broom.
It landed on my bed,
This day I so now dread.
It then rolled off and took a spin,
I could not even break a grin.
It was now again a Thanksgivng disaster
Of which I was again, "The Master."
When it finally stopped,
As grandpa took out his ax and chopped.
It split in half each of opposite direction,
Heard Aunt Till say, "This meal's without perfection."
So another year goes by,
Family all left, I sit alone to cry.
Oh yes I say again, I do hate turkey,
Next year I sware I'll serve ham or jerky.

Every year, America celebrates it annual birthday. It's been going on for years and years,
even before I was even born. This American holiday is so great, I wish it was Independence
Day forever. On a 4th of July, there's barbecue, and a lot of festivities like a
horseshoe toss, pin the tail on a donkey, and stuff. The President of the United States of
America should be very proud. There's specials for the 4th of July, even on TV. There's
also a lot of reference of America's birthday, especially when everybody's still talking
about the Constitution of the U.S., the Bill of rights, and the Revolutionary War. I bet
we all took American history back in school. By day, all of us U.S. citizens are enjoying
the 4th of July festivities, and at night, fireworks are popping in the sky. What everyone
is seeing on the night of July 4th is a lot of fireworks on a summer night. everyone
should record what happened on July 4th and post it on YouTube.com. And when it comes to
celebrating Independence Day every year, it's a holiday for all of U.S. citizens to talk
about.I know I'm looking forward to doing something for Independence Day this year. And
when Independence Day ends as of midnight, it'll be an American holiday all of us U.S.
citizens will never forget.
Thanksgiving Day has been a family tradition for years. The holiday's been around since
the 1600s when the Mayflower landed in a Pennsylvania town called Plymouth. Thanksgiving
Day is also about giving thanks for having good friends, spending quality time with
families, and a lot of football, especially when they're watching the Dallas Cowboys play
against another NFL football team. What's the favorite part when it comes to Thanksgiving
Day is when a lot of families and friends gather around for dinner and stuff. What's also
our favorite part of Thanksgiving most of all is the food, especially the turkey and the
stuffing. And let's not forget the cranberry sauce and the casseroles. Talking about
Thanksgiving food makes a person. But the important thing about Thanksgiving Day is when
everybody's gathered around for the reading of the Holy Bible: the King James version. And
if it weren't for Thanksgiving Day and had the Pilgrims not found Plymouth, Pennsylvania,
there wouldn't be a Thanksgiving Day and traditional football games. Let's hope we don't
consume too much food.
Easter Day is around the corner, and all of the families are very excited. It's been like
that every year, especially when going to church. The kids are involved with a lot of
Easter activities, including the Easter Egg Hunt, while the adults have multiple
conversations. There's Easter services at churches, and it's only the beginning of the
spring time. I bet that the Easter Bunnies will have been here this Easter. even if
there's no Easter service at church, everybody can still celebrate Easter Day at various
country clubs. Speaking of country clubs, there's an Easter Day brunch buffet and it's a
good day to play some golf. Easter Day is a holiday that's to be celebrated by everyone
from around the world; it's an annual tradition. I also bet that there will be a lot of
new clothes for Easter Day. Looks like there's going to be Easter dinner for all families.
And if it was Easter Day every day for the next 2 weeks, then there's no telling what good
thing might happen next.
~Oh Holy Christmas Day~
(Hotan/Acrostic)
The snow is falling
Christmas Day is almost here
A most blessed time to spend
With family
Let your heart rejoice
Jesus came
In manger was born
Wonderful star announced his
Birth all through the sky
Christmas day
Holy day, when Baby Jesus was born
Right here it is,enjoy it this day
In a day like this He came down to earth
Santa Claus worship him all the way too
Tender day, oh Holy night
Most wonderful time of the year when you
And I let our voices sing songs to our Lord and
Saviour because He came to save us all
Day oh what a wonderful time when all the
Angels on heaven and on earth rejoice,a day when
You and I join our voices and hearts to celebrate that our King was born.

I Wish you all a very Merry and Safe Christmas Season and Happy New Year!
A day where Family is together. The
Birth of Christ we cherish forever. To
Carry on memories as we sing, The
Day is so Delight with joy we bring.
Excited about people we surprise. This
Festive day will arise. But being so
Gifted is what i share. And being
Happy with those who Care. We show much
Integrity to one another. And so many
Journeys with sisters and brothers.
Kind to the ones we love the most, We
Listened to them as they spoke. This
Merry day makes me smile. More than
Nature which is wild.
On Christmas day every one is excited.
Picture- perfect with hearts delighted.
Quickly the children open their gifts. They
Rip them open with a
Swift. They are
Thankful for what they get. As they
Unlock hearts filled with so much regret. We
Value so much on Christmas day. Give
Warm hearts all the way. To kids
X-mas is fun.
Yet it comes around the year only once. This
Zeal is Dedicated to everyone.
