A Friendly Exoneration

Twinkly bunch with loaded school bags
Ambition injustice and itching their backs,
Cunning those faces in front of the gate
Heedful pupils well-chosen apparently late.
A fistful primary breeziness
Shared with smiles, tears and silliness,
Together they brawled, together they fiddled
At times they often complained to be differentiated.
Kiddo little minds and parents appeared unjustified
They cried, they blamed and they lazed,
Loaded by books and rat raced tutelage
They pass by a very dignified teen-age.

Out from the custody of cynosure
Together they stepped towards Lyceum liberty,
Few were classed and few remained united
The formers became edified and rests were unidentified.
A masked – small compliments and the evening aloha
The river side sunset appeared to be ambiguous –
A fiesta time boogie and the overnight cockeyed
At times such occasions made them to blab out their twinkly time.
Grown up as buddies and with time they rationalized
Affairs, status and outlook made them more gratified,
Traits made them parted and one cried in solitary
The formers humiliated the frailer and the frailer remained solely.

Lost in their computations, explores and technological justifications
Few carried out degree uprightly and few were abased shamefully,
Bucketed with knowledge, numbers, meetings and self-worth
They neglected those twinkly smiles who were grown up with assorted life.
Few became responsible and few got hold of ménage
Few were invited and rests seemed out of the sight.
Hearsays few get together known to be friendly trinity
Yet there also they lived with different hierarchy.
Left away life they sacrificed the age of assorted life
One who lived with it can now front the barbarous life.
They lost themselves to their twinkly buddies’ mobilization
Upcoming in their lives they will surly come by friendly exoneration.

Friends,Who Needs Em

I DONT NEED ENEMIES WITH THE FRIENDS I GOT,
WHAT A FINE BUNCH TO RELY ON WHEN I AM IN A STICKY SPOT,
I PULL A BIT OF PORRIDGE AND THINK I WILL BE ALRIGHT,
THE BOYS WILL RALLY ROUND AND MAKE MY TIME LIGHT,

THEY PROMISE LETTERS BY THE BUCKET AND VISITS BY THE SCORE,
PARCELS EVERY OTHER NIGHT,DRINK,FAGS GALORE,
YOU WILL BE SWEET YOU WONT GO SHORT I HEAR THEM SAY,
DONT LOSE HOPE WE WILL GET YOU DOPE IT WILL KILL THE TIME AWAY,

OUT OF SIGHT AND OUT OF MIND SEEMS TO BE THE NORM,
LOOKS LIKE THEM MATES OF MINE ARE RUNNING TRUE TO FORM,
I AM NOT SHORT OF DRINKING PALS WHEN I AM IN THE CHAIR,
AS WHEN MY HAND IS IN MY POCKET ALL THE PIGS ARE THERE,

THEY CANNOT PUT PEN TO PAPER TO SAVE THEIR BLOODY LIVES,
AND WHEN ASKED TO PAY A VISIT ON APATHY ARRIVES,
WHINING LOAD OF SCUM EXCUSES ALL THE WAY,
AS REGARDS THE PARCELS,THAT WILL BE THE DAY,

IF I HOLD UP THE FINGERS FOR ALL THE TRUE FRIENDS I GOT,
THE TWO POINTING SKYWARDS WOULD BE THE LOT,
THAT SIGN HOLDS THE MESSAGE TO ALL MY SO CALLED CHUMS,I WILL DO THE SAME FOR
YOU ONE DAY,YOU SHOWER OF NO GOOD BUMS

My Last Day Here

Today I will take my final bow and be gone.
My light will extinguish with the rise of dawn.
Mom and dad I wish I had more time with you.
I wish the time we had together, I didn't argue.

I take back every mean thing I said.
I am so sorry for the tears I made you shed.
To my brother and sister, you will go on and get older.
But if you need me, I'll be there, with one hand on your shoulder.

I would like to say to all my friends,
time goes on, but friendship never ends.
I wish there were more good memories I could create.
But the ones you all gave me, were better than great.

At my funeral, please I don't want anyone to cry.
Because we'll meet again, and I'll teach you how to fly.
To everyone else out there,
I have something I want to share.

We all know that life goes fast,
and its hard to make the good things last.
If you love someone, tell them you do,
you might not get many more chances to.

Going against the grain
a battle ensue
just like our friendship
colors so diverse yet so tranquil.

I don’t want to close my eyes
just in case it disappears
as quickly as it appeared.

I long for the quiet moments
the times we use
to say nothing
but when you walked away
it felt like we
just had the best conversation ever.

It feels like our time has ran out of time
reality emerge through the cracks.

It takes over completely
and the beautiful moments
are driven away
just like our time together.

It gets shorter and shorter
priorities change
our time consumed
by other things.

Living separate lives
and yet still fused
together by memories
and feelings
beyond what we imagine.

It looks like our time ran out of time
and still the most difficult thing
to say is goodbye
maybe goodbye was never part of the script…

Sorry

I'm sorry if I hurt you I'll take all the blame
I'm sorry if I caused you any sorrow or pain
I hope you get yourself together but I have to let you know
I'm truly sorry but I have to let this friendship go

I tried and I tried to do everything that I could
I stood by your side when no one would
I was good to you no matter what no matter when
But at this time I can no longer be your friend

I did everything for you but all you did was use me
I'm sorry but I have to cut this branch off my tree
I spent so much time and energy I always kept it real
But you never stop to think or even consider how I feel
I have to let you go there's so many reasons why
I'm sorry this friendship couldn't work out
But It's time to say goodbye

Acrostic Toast For Suzanne's 60th

Full of grace and gratitude
Over the birth of this
Remarkable woman.

Stand up and celebrate her
Unique ability to make all welcome and her
Zany zest for life, love, and laughter.
Always giving generously of her heart and wisdom.
Nodding off from time to time to rest her weary soul, but
Never faltering in her faith – in humanity and her
Exploration of new ways to learn and grow so she can
Share her brand of sunshine and God’s love with everyone she meets.

60 years! And many more we wish for her,
Those of us blessed to know her are forever
Honored to be her beloved friends.

Written as a toast for my former business partner and forever friend's upcoming 60th
birthday gathering.

Sworn

This time, this time I will succeed
Never again, never again will I let you rule me
A passage, a passage once hidden by treachery
You are, you are so blind to what I can do
The power, the power that lies dorment within
Is building, is building deep inside me
When your, when your ego controls you
You'll fall, you'll fall down in shame
No longer, no longer my judger nor partner
Betrayel, betrayel is what you showed us
The children, the children who use to adore you
Have distanced, have distanced themselves from you now
It's time, it's time for me to finish you off
No enemy, no enemy deserves this either
Then end, the end to every chaotic thing you've done
Goodbye, goodbye is all I condone

Problem

When problems are all over me…
People who was around me…
Left and neglect me in seconds….
They turned me down…
At the time I need them the most…
They will act like strangers…
Will forget the times….
These are friends I care…
Friends I have helped….
In the time of there needs…
Going out from my way...
Thinking about them...
Theses are my friends...
Theses are people I know…
I wished I was selfish...
At the time of there need…
Why do you need a friend...?
When they are invisible...
At the time of trouble…
I have learned my lesson...
Never to trust any one at my troubles…
Because friends will not remain!

Over Due Gratitudes

From the quite memories of my mind; through the distance of time;
The past has touched me.
And I marvel at the realities of time and distance;
I was a careless man back then; wouldn’t take the time to notice;
A devoted friend chose to share life with me.
And I cringe at this fellow who thought he worked all angles.
  And gazing back in retro-spec I have to feel love;
  Good people are not to be treated so lightly;
And in the end I wasn’t cool; but much more the fool
God bless my one time friend who;
Probably would have been better off never meeting me.
I thank her for caring; though most of the time I was blinded.
