Fade

Faces shrouded by tapestries of fabric 
Obliterating emotion expressionless sighs faded
Sunlight obscured rays spread across the fields
Of daisies and sunflowers cascading in yellow
And white a magical floral feast for the eyes
Traversing barefoot carefully between 
Each and every bloom to preserve the beauty
Without crushing them as long as possible
Finding a large rock I sat cross legged 
In the middle of this meandering madness
Of floral paradise awaiting the sunset shadows
To cascade and further obscure petaliscious allure
The moon invaded with its own glorious shadow
Glow of grays and blacks as if the yellows and whites 
Were so distant swallowed by the dark of night
