~The breath drawn deep is but a borrowed stay,
~~A fleeting spark within the endless night,
~~~~Where light and shadow's. in a silent play,
~Will fade and flicker, in the morning light.
~~~~~~~The bud unfurls, a vibrant splash of green,
~Bloom in sunlight, then wilt in autumn's chill;
~~~~~~~~~~~~ragile beauty on a fleeting scene,
~~~~~~~~Caroming seasons on a lonely hill.
~~~~~~~~~~~So man appears, a whisper in the wind,
~~~ A passing thought in time's unconcerned hand,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A story written, ultimately sinned,
~ ~~~~~~~~~Before the final grains of silver sand.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~We rise and fall, as ocean's restless tide,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Where the universe enigmas reside.
Drummer boy and Drummer girl.
Creating echoes of emotions intentions.
Speak your mind in catchy unfurl.
In tantric mind pounding experi-dimension.
So happy they're not blades,
You're wielding.
I'm just saying, drummers are crazed.
Those sticks, instead, are an extensions of a quest for fire.
Kindling, I hope, for holy smoke of a heart emblazed.
Caroming over a glade overlooking desire.
Unbridled energy for getting your point to be made.
Shoehorning passions through my pounding head.
Up the irons! The likes of Nicko Mcbrain.
Standard Bearer of the Serenade;
Kim Iversen, what do you do for an encore?
Fight like a Standard Bearer, for the People of the U.S.A.
Emotion
Emotion is the tongue for the truth,
speaking in vows to the senses 100 proof.
Its
the bride
beneath perceptions veil.
The scent of view,
that never fails,
at it's inception,
ever reappears,
a gift at the reception
given especially for two to bare,
who contribute in it's conception.
Reading to you in magical Braille.
It's instruction.
Your thoughts caroming back to you.
The full spectrum. Poem and hue.
Atmosphere and the controller of.
That too.
Tasting all that it can do.
Emotion is the driver, the vehicle and the
Journey.
Emotion is the taste buds of the soul. Learning.
The kiss of consciousness, burning. The Groom and the Wife, counterpart of life
speaking I do and the eyes of infatuation -glued. Open like floodgates consumating wide gushing through.
