Best Visionarysea Poems
My prints are visible for now as I press the soaked sand
Breathing in the cured sea air
I hear the silent roar of its mighty movement
Disobedient curves imbuing in an aquamarine blue
Rhythmic grains of tamed shells
So violently arranged in a thing of beauty along the beaten shore
One should feel powerless against its perimeter
As the constant ascension changes the beach slowly over time
So to do I feel an ever so mellow shift of mind
The sea is an ever so predictable place
With an unpredictable aim
Every bit true for life
And the Wise man said to himself,
“all that is broken must be renewed”
and so it arises, slides through the horizons,
slippery as a mermaid.
While the light shivers and the trees moan,
the water thrashes, thrusts,
turns and roils.
and so the sea,
the sea begins.
Soon after, the gods awake,
and taste the pulp,
the pulp of the moment
they hover, captivated by their own power, mirrored,
down below in the depths.
and so the sea,
the sea roams on.
The crevices crack,
the buildings bow down and break,
the cities tower in puzzlement.
And down on the street, we ask ourselves,
“What was it that beat? What was the rhythm that once beat so majestically and true,
but now thuds so bashfully?”
and so the tide rears its head and strains,
the waves stampede and burst,
the Wise man smiles his omniscient smile,
and the sea,
the sea wanders on.
In a sea so polluted
on a dingy, was a man all alone
only one oar left.....
the motor has long been gone
As he put his oar into the green sludge
and brought it out again
the paddle was gone, eaten by the
green sludge he was floating in
He could barely see the shore up ahead
through the sickening green fog,
crying, "someone please help me escape
this hell that used to be home"
"Oh God the boat is melting
all the fish are aglow and floating
Oh the pain" he screams as his skin is melting
there is no help for he's all alone.....too late
He's already gone
there are only bones
for We are all victims
of our own demise
As we sail
the now Toxic Sea
