Not Going Too

Fear embedded in my soul
Taking complete control
The pain that awaits me in the night
Causes my body to freeze in fright
don’t want to go that route with you
I’m going to wait till I say “I do”
My innocence is mine to protect
If you don’t wish to wait then our time is spent
Respect my body as you respect my mind
Right now isn’t the right time
I refuse to go down that route with you
So I’m not going too
Why go that far?
Aren't we to young?
To bond in that form of action of love
Yeah I’m afraid!!!
Aren't you?
So many diseases out there
That's worse than the flu!
Some would counter saying “aren't you in love”
Yeah, but why risk my life
For a few minutes of sexual fun!?!
Why not wait and get tested on the way?
Why rush when you claim that you’ll stay?
Just think it through
don’t let it be a mistake
Why go that far?
that’s what I say…
I want it too…
To feel the warmth of our fire of love
To be next to you through it all
I want it too
But I cant help but wonder
If this is right to want or not?
Wanting to be held all through the night
Wanting to feel the warm embrace
To feel to want to taste
But thinking it through
Its like a tease
So for now I’m saying
No way not now please!!!!

May this strife please cease to be
Before my life is end by thee
Take this pain, please, take it all
Before i plunge and take the fall
The pits are deep and dark at best
There my body will finally rest
Sands of times eternal flow
Please, my love, i wish to show
My story i wish to write
Hoping it is not a fright
The man i long for, i can't seem to speak
My body is probably too weak
My tongue is tied
My heart is ripped
And still too afraid to take the trip
