Childsh Games

CHILDISH GAMES

There was childish game long ago I remember

Wherein a group of kids who already knew each other

Simply stood around telling silly secrets to each other

Making an outsider kid feel small and want to blubber

I grew tired of such games when I became five

To know such silly secrets I ceased to strive

Felt there was more than this to being alive

Couldn’t wait for adulthood to arrive
