Let Us March

I stake no virtue, my heart ill mopes.
regarding issues of importance, we need no votes.

We need to march;

We need to chant;

take the future in our hands.

There's no tomorrow, no time to waste,
yesterday has been forgotten,
...let us march.

We are not slaves;

Let us march,

heads held high, carrying picket signs.
...- Or not, we are human beings united;

Our voices riot, are hearts in sync.

Let us march to the future;

-and destroy greed.

The past is paved with tears, let us build a bridge;
...-let us cross that bridge together, holding hands, forsaking fears.
Let us sail a ship; a silver ship called hope,
......-to where our spirits need a lift, to shine a light upon us all ,
a shining beacon lit.
Let us march;

Let us cross an ocean, an ocean of despair; to never drown in oppression,
let us fly free in open air.

Let us march,

let us chant,

let us move forward;

let us march forward forever.
