The Twins Forever

Lakes and rivers
were born together on the same day
God only knows,
and grew up together as brothers and sisters
who shared the same mother's breast milk,
and love.
What' funny,
the lakes are bigger and longer than rivers
which most of us believe to be injustice
since they are twins.

"fall Leaves In Summer"

A cool fall afternoon I so much miss...
Sitting on my steps watching the leaves kiss..
They would swirl around on my driveway without
any direction..
Yet they would all end up in the same corner ,
 as if someone yelled action..
When they were on there own, they were words
without meaning...
But all together now they read as a book without
seeing...
Their colors unmatched as no two are the same..
Shapes and sizes bring together an all new game..
As summer approaches and we bask by the beach..
I am happy to see the fall is close to my reach..
