Best Motherfor Her Poems

Mother

A banyan tree that shields from tropical summer sun
A symbol of selfless love and sacrifice
A preserver of values that modernism has shun
No praise is enough, no gratitude suffice

Her love for her children is like blossom of springs
An angel she appears, a fairy she seems
It’s a symphony for ears, the lullaby she sings
The lullaby that drifts you in the valley of dreams

A teacher, a guide, a philosopher, a friend
An architect, a builder of beauty and grace
A garden of roses that fragrance send
Serenity of a lake where ducklings race

She suckles her babies with white blood of breasts
The hearts yearn for her bosom’s paradise
She strains every nerve, sacrifices her rests
Burning midnight oil with sleepy eyes

The special mothers that God has blessed
Maryam, Khadija, Fatema and Asiya
Women par excellence, mothers at best
Whether in Africa, Asia or the West

Mothers are an oasis in the desert of life
Their love and passion isn’t for display
Chained to the oar in your perils and strife
A shower of rain on a hot summer day
                           ***
(Dedicated to my mother Begum Najmunnesa, who left me alone in this world at the age of twelve and all the mothers whatever caste, creed, colour, religion and nationality they are. I salute them all)

M-O-T-H-E-R

M-O-T-H-E-R

“M” is for all the material things she gave me
“O” means only she sees the real me
“T” is for tears she shed
“H” is for heartfelt words in time of need
“E” is for her emerald eyes, filled with love so indestructible;
“R” is for her remarkable perseverance when the going gets tough
Put them all together; it spells
‘MOTHER’
A job that has so much devotion, and evolvement is the hardest jobs of them all.

Mom

Mom

You’re born
You come out of your mother she suffers through the pain but all for you
She walks next to you when you are taking your first steps
Every baseball game she cheers out your name, even if you only get to bat that once
Prom she is the first to hug you, taking pictures like the camera is going out of style
You graduate
She cheers so loud you are almost embarrassed, but she is glowing in pride
You grow up
Off to college you go, she cries her eyes out, hating to she her baby go
You get married
The glow is back, it brings back memories of that great day for her so many years ago
Your first child comes
She’s a grandma, you can’t wipe the smile off her face
She walks you through the first steps in parenthood like she had done when she watched
you walk for the first time
Mom is always there, always standing by your side in all of your accomplishments and
journeys in life
No matter what you do mom is there, she’s the glue that holds the family together.
All of the time she does it not for glory, but to see her child be great. She never asks for
credit, It’s credit enough for her to see her baby thriving.
She does it because the love she has for you is stronger than anything, no matter what Mom
will be there with unconditional love. All because she loves you so much

Mother!

O God! How you made a heart of a mother!
So lovely, so beautiful,
Sure, you must have faced mountain difficulties
T make so pure heart of a mother.

It always beats for others,
Specially for her children.
Her heart is never ending sea,
Full of love for others.

Always thinks for her child,
Sometimes in a harsh way she reacts,
But innerly with a heart very mild.
Always for good, it's a fact.

I always become angry on her
But she is quite and calm,
She is the one who taught me tutor
And she is the one who always held my palm.

My creator is full of understanding
Understands me more than me
herself is very sacrificing
For others and specially for me.

She have always been very caring
So O my lord! Fill her with happiness
Take all sorrows from her bu tearing
And please listen to my greedines.

Many things I want ,
But the first and ultimate
I want from you is
Please protect my creater.
