~ Oh how I live to breath this ... ~

~ True-love is unconditional and is the treasure so-very hard-to come
by in this world, today. Like the sweet sound of breaking the natural-
freedom-of-rhyme; and-the certain-reverence stirring in-the spirit
of-a home that lives only for this; one pure reason. Seen now-and-
viewed in-the likeness-of the-orange and red-brown and-yellow of-a-
joyous-leaf ... blowing-free-in-the-ease of the wind; and knowing
the sound of a new hope rising-to-greet-the-greener-grasses thriving
amid-the-perfect-beauty growing in-plain view of-the other-side of-the
morning. Stirring-in-the-depths-of-your-heart and the-well, of your soul ...
riding-high-atop the puffy white clouds, billowing-up-to-greet-the-light of
Heaven. ~

~ Yes-those wonderful-things ... like the birds chirping fondly and the gentle
sounds of a baby's laughter, and slippery wet little kisses ... given-by-the-lips-
of an angel. As you-hear a violent-shouting wake up; wake-up-and-a-tap-tap-
tapping, on heavens bedroom door. As then your awakened again ... and then
stumble to the challenge of not spilling the coffee, and you dance once more
with your lovely daughter in the kitchen. As she smiles as-you-spill-it-and-yell-
oh-no-tenderly and you ask the wife if she could grab the morning paper. ~

~ Yes that freaky tone of-a-squeaky-wet-balloon, and the ongoing run of happy-
little-giggles-that-fill the-air ... rising to new heights in the pool underneath-the-
glory of-the-summer-sun ... as your young son splashes chlorine-water-in-your
face ... and cup. And-so-is-love-the-prize in all its' authenticity. A true and-raw-
emotion ... boldly-running ... and-wildly shouting! "Hey!" ~

~ "Those darn-conditions-and-ultimatums are just fine, but-don't-you-dare-
take my morning-coffee!" ~

Beneath the Stars I Look I Listen I Feel

I see a world different then that of traffic and noise. I dimminish the feelings of war
and racial strife. I forget the cries of poverty and the sound of a sickly crying, hungry
child. I obliterate the challenge of hatred and anger, the feeling that God is forgotten. For
under the stars, I look, I listen, I feel.
The sound of a distant cricket, the motion of moving water. The smell of freshness in
the air. I drink the feelings of a forgotten day. I see the beauty of Gods paradise beside
me. I sense the love put into every sound, every motion. The true meaning.
I know that in the future, man must tune into the essence of tranquility. He must
see and know, that his is not the last step, but the first of many toward a supreme and
ultimate goal. One of many steps to be taken before we can find complete love and
understanding.
Pureness of the heart is when we realize that we are all on in the same. As we came,
we shall return. Know that you have loved purely and you will be given your birth. For we
are not yet born, only loaned to serve God's purpose. Our real birth is yet to come.
How infinate is man that he must sometimes return to lead the way from the past,
the destruction, and the ignorance of his own making, to insure a prosperous, well
organized future for those that may make the same mistakes without his guidence.
For in man, there are many life's. But he can only live them one at a time. And until
he learns to conquer his own greed for lust and power, he shall always return. For his
mistakes are but a stepping stone to his perfection. We have to stumble in the dark in
order to find the light.

Mending

Moving forward, blind to any obstacles that may threaten my heart.
My eyes strain to see such obvious pain.
My ears listening intently for the sound of a deafening silence.
My hands extending in trying to feel or grasp what I cannot see nor hear.
I pause, stand quietly still, close my weary eyes, lift my chin, and still... listen.
A whisper so faint disrupts my ear so clear.
My hands drop and brush against my sensitive skin and a heavy sigh of relief escapes my
lips.
My heart, blind as it may seem, is safe and sound from undue harm, as long as my mind is
set free.

Landscape (In Your Mind)

Let me paint a picture for you with my words:

The sky is dark above you and a couple speckled stars are clear
The moon is yellow but large and the wind whistles softly past your ear.
The soil is wet beneath your feet and each step you sink an inch or two.
The trees are green, lush, and extremely full.
There are spurts of grass in various spots and to your left...
a small patch of mushrooms.
The horizon consists of shadowed mountains and they completely surround you.
You can look to your right and a stream
is flowing through.
Past the mushrooms, past a spurt of grass,
Past an isolated tree...past you.
The sound of crickets chirping and water flowing
The sound of wind whistling and the rustle of trees blowing
The smell of wet soil and freshly grown green grass
The feel of clean cold air in your lungs and the taste of clear water at last.
Feelings of hurt and hate are all erased.
Feelings of love and happiness are fully embraced.
You are at peace with all.
You are finally safe.
