Best Hopemorning Poems
Woke up this morning with blood on my hands.
Blood as red as the fire that burns these lands.
And its not the thought of what created these wounds,
but the thought that my fall will not end soon.
Like a shriveled rose, lost to the wind,
is my body to decompose and then become pinned.
For the ones that are mourning, bury me slowly.
While saying goodbyes, in their dark, truthful beauty.
So there is beauty in my slow fall through quicksand.
Not all the world has burned, and that i find grand.
For this morning i woke with blood on my hands,
only to wash away the flames and start again.
Starting alone in a world at war with itself, battling with our demons everyday in our
journey. Every morning facing a new opponent, saddness, despair or misery. Most we win, few
we lost, others we live to fight another day to begin. Soon they will pass.As troubles
won't last,so we could wake up each morning with a grin. Being positive and seizing the
day is one of the seeds we sow. So when harvest time comes we have a lot to show.Always
being Optimistic is the one way to cope. So in this journey call life we have a reason to
hope.
Wonderful to have a morning
a morning without form.
To see the day stretch forward
with joy and not forlorn.
Stupendous, marvelous, a morning
a morning undeployed
to raise the sleeping crocus
the school age girls and boys.
Wonderful to have the morning
a morning without form
to listen to the cows moo
the cats meow, a song.
Delightful, dew drops glistening
a morning SO deployed
deployed with only listening
to Nature’s blessed joys.
