Stressed Speeding Up and Rushed

Stressed Speeding Up and Rushed

Everything is speeding up and everyone is rushed,
Fear of criticisms and opinions from others in case the ego is crushed,
Your boss is always on your case,
His words create emotional haste,
People losing jobs in record numbers this year,
Being poor and homeless is most people’s fear,
Stress hits us from every angle,
Fight against it and create more tangle,
Tensions run high from terrorist attacks,
False flag ops blamed on Iraq,
The stress is so thick you could cut it with a knife,
So much stress has inundated our life,
While at work you are compelled to worry about your spouse,
After all she could be cheating with men in every room in the house,
New diseases are introduced to humans causing pandemics,
Immune systems taxed, I don’t feel good please call a medic,
When you are stressed, depressed with no peace,
The perfect situation to cultivate a dis-ease,
This month is filled with anxiety and sadness,
We are experiencing what they call March Madness.
