Those Deceitful Eyes

Ecstasy
As I look into your eyes
I can see within them a prize
And all my happiness begins to reprise

Their perfect shape deceives all guys
Shaken by their beautiful size
And your eyes glare like the sunrise
Bringing light into the morning skies

But I know something you despise
Your eyes are a disguise
So beautiful in their guise
So frightful when your eye cries
But I know when your eye lies
I can see behind their disguise

Passed your perfect eyes
Lies an endless evil on the rise
Hypocrisy and betrayal sensationalize
Passed the retina, your loathing lies maximize
Passed the sphere, revenge is an unpleasant surprise
As you continue to devise
A new way to hurt me
And forever bury me
As I cry, lie, die in this mystery

Everyone knows, your eyes have a history of deception
Yes, I was amongst those cast by their spell
Enjoining the truth of your heart in my wise perception
Still. The eyes will remain forever in my mind, where they will continuously dwell

And wallow me into the depths of hell

Premium Member The Unusual Mind Is Beautiful

to be normal
how boring like a bog

the unusual mind
is one of a kind

unreal to reel; real to unreel
no one is reel to me

fragmented brain of psychosis
as the minds laughter broke into a thousand peices

yeah, the unusual mind is a beautiful mind
steering the mirror at face to embrace

to view a brain uplift
uplifted brilliant beautiful madness

now creatively gifted
as you know since this poem got sifted!

Santos

look at what you've done to me
this way you make me feel inside
I can't explain why it's happening
but I know it is something I should hide
it hurts to feel this way about you
knowing that you don't belong to me
but in my dreams I'm holding you
and no one can tell me it can never be

so you call it an affair of the heart
something we feel with our souls and minds
when we're together, are we really apart
only in body, our souls are intertwined
you know when you sing to me
or when I look deep into your eyes
and your beautiful smile
just lights my life up like fire

when you tell romantic stories
I pretend that's you and me
and in the end with all the glory
you and I were meant to be
it was no mistake
His letting our paths cross
it was never our choice to make
destiny can't stop love

so you call it an affair of the heart
something we feel with our souls and minds
when we're together, are we really apart
only in body, our souls are intertwined
you know when you sing to me
or when I look deep into your eyes
and your beautiful smile
just lights my life up like fire
