Dark Walls
Alone, the dark weeps inside, the storms surface wide, breaking down my walls, feeling ready to fall. "Are you okay?" "Yeah, I'm fine" Never once have I felt okay, but it's easier to say, deep within these walls of hate, inside one girl that once had faith. Written in these walls, burried deep inside, here lies all the small stories, burning deep until finally they are engraved. "Are you okay? "Yeah I'm fine" Never once have I felt okay, but it's easier to say, deep inside these walls of hate, inside a girl that once had faith. I know the devil is inside, but I can't get away, underneath her fate, the scars get deeper with the day. "Are you okay? "Yeah I'm fine" Never once have I felt okay, but it's easier to say, deep inside these walls of hate, inside a girl that once had faith. Broken in between all the violence, Stuggling to survive everyday, I don't know what I have become to this day, but I know some changes need to be made. "Are you okay? "Yeah I'm fine" Never once have I felt okay, but it's easier to say, deep inside these walls of hate, inside a girl that once had faith. The little girl you knew still begins to fade, that is the world we live in today, please don't let yourself fade away, I am always here if you need a break, but please don't give your soul away.
