When a Soldier Goes Down
Written By: D. Collins 8/30/17 When a soldier is wounded all jokes go away. Until they return what we must do is pray. The team stands down from any further missions. Awaiting that soldier’s return in tip top condition. When a soldier goes down we rally behind them. Sharing the love, like real women and men. Whatever they are facing we experience it, too. Having empathy for what they are going through. Their current situation is only temporary. Resilience will win over, undoubtedly. A soldier never remains behind enemy lines. Without question, it won’t happen this time. So, strap up your boots, and put on your gear. Every member of the team is needed back here. We’re awaiting your return to go out in force. But, please take your time bouncing back, of course.
