Running Is Futile
08/26/2017 I want to run as fast as I can. Away from sad, from pain. from that which is dark, like fear and, hate. As if I ran fast enough or, far enough, they would disappear. However, the faster or, more I run, the closer and, bigger they become. It seems they are all that exsist. Happy, pleasure, beauty, and, love, have all disappeared. I stop. If there is nowhere to run to, RUNNING IS FUTILE! I turn. I acknowledge sadness, pain, grief, fear and, hate because, they exsist. There is no escaping them. Over time, as I face them, they become blurry and, smaller. Gradually, I start seeing over, through and, past them. I can now see beauty, happy, pleasure and, even love. Good is jumping up and, down. Waving it's once invisible hands. I step through, I step over, and, I step past bad. I catch hold of goods waving hand. Where it has always been excited. Waiting for me.
