Lat brought worldwide fame and fortunes to its creator... Heck, he was duly rewarded with a honorific Datuk title... And as fairy tales ending go, he basked in the occasional limelight... Keeping a low profile and do whatever was politically right... But for Zumar the cartoonist, holding true to his political stand... It has been a long running saga of persecution over the works from his pen... He is up to his nose in charges brought up in the court of justice...
