Intoxicated Heart
The vodka bottle is almost empty. It will induce sleep, providing escape from the thoughts of the day that overwhelm, with crushing truth. Life, is an impossibility of day dreams that fight for control, until the reality, that soon strength will set oneself free beyond the reach of another's grasp. Thoughts clash thinking that presence is needed or required for breath to exist. A transformation will look down and see all paths that were traveled to the point, where life began and ended, in the gaze of another's eye, felt in the sound of his voice, which became mere words uttered with a passion void of feeling. The sole purpose was to lavish attention on the latest adventure taken, keeping life at bay so nothing was felt or faced in the loneliness of another. Kindness will remember the affections of sincerity experienced and wished to be shared together, remaining a dream to be forgotten.
