Large arrows and burning balls of fire Smashing walls, buildings and bones. Soon Alexander fulfilled his prophecy Sitting on the golden throne of Persian kings. Possessing great treasures from conquered lands Though his greatest need was conquest not things. Alexander, king of Asia, would not be satisfied His ambition and ego denied him rest.
