Hopes and dreams - now long in tooth, were once around the bend… Both squandered in a misspent youth, only now we comprehend. We know too well there’s no return, to water under bridges burned. Yet we journey - in our mind, a heartfelt passage back in time, to abscond the locks of gray. A jaunt beyond the line we’ve crossed, embracing life we thought was lost, the reflection’s pale and frayed.
