Friend Request Pending
I may not be alone, yet know how lonely it is to be alone. A spectrum of less visible light. Desperate for message on a forgotten phone. You see other people, in love or friendly congress. In disgusted annoyance you scoff, secretly craving their more over less. Pacing the halls of your house, looking for what's been lost. Unexpressed emotions, filling solitary days off. Life feels so empty. Display cake with no flavor. Depression drains your energy. Excitement quickly loses favor. Not realized until too late, connection is a universal. Even to an introvert, exist no compassion, no survival. Scribed words on a page, may not warm your heart. If that's the case, understood. Then burn me, please and thaw your parts. Just as long as you hear this, Ill leave you to yourself. I empathize. I realize. It hurts being left on the shelf. Only advice I dare to give, Is no advice at all. Just that if I'm around when you trip, I promise not to let you fall. -Angel Fatale-
