I'm thrilled by the colorful fireworks lightening up America's skies on the Fourth of July, patriotism or not, it's too awesome to watch them blast against the star-draped sky.. The Chinese had peaceful intentions when they invented them in their factories; I should have been there to feel their excitement when the first one exploded and sparkles illuminated their peaceful sky. Even falling stars can't do what they splendidly do: to astonish and charm; crowds gather on anniversaries to celebrate their national pride, and inside they feel gratitude for those with an ingenuous mind.
