Dreams
DREAMS My imagination soars through my thoughts and dreams, Copious and abundant, surrounded by darkness in reams. Like jewelled sunlight dancing delicately on waves of insanity, Humbling my thoughts to prevent my flounder into vanity. Travelling the quilted patchwork of my mind it wanders free, Unhindered it ravishes logic chewing and spitting with glee. Within this flux of swirling images spawns creativity and birth, Unrestricted by reality, yet, still human frailties’ remain its dearth. A freedom of restrictions stretch the boundaries of logic and rage, To attack and challenge love, to fight, to devour life and rampage. What to of deception? How guilt fades within early morning light, Uncontrolled it flourishes only to dissolve with the passing of night.
