Just Be Held
So many times we grab hold in trying not to fall Forgotten what we're told not remembering at all Straining to hold our grip in so reaching upward But sliding like a drip like the rest of the horde For just as we feel set we suddenly begin to slide So often we begin to fret pulled down by our pride Again loudly crying out we struggle just to be held Carrying all that doubt no wonder one's often felled He said not to be afraid time over and time again His Creation He Has Made all creatures all men Let loose your tightened grip lifting your head high Like a Mothers hip you knew and never asked why So just take a deep breath and then let it all out And let your new life begin without all that doubt He will not let you fall no matter what you think In Just listening for His Call you will never sink Matthew 14:29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.
