Who could I blame for secular science and arts and health-nutrition teachers forgetting most often that healthy bodies are also polyculturally well-fed minds? Differences between brain and body are merely mindbody appositional distinctions. While I can cognitively discern distinction I cannot intuitively perceive difference between natural and spiritual physical and mental relationships . Isn't this a reverse corollary of survival of the physical fittest? Thrival of the naturally straight and white male strongest? Health of the most resonantly connected mindbodies is also survival of the least dissonant inside v outside, like inter-religious WesternYang-face with EasternYin-grace.
