Seven Deadly Sins
They look like they best things When in reality they'll torture you Until you're dead inside There seven deadly sins were my life The man who stood by me wasn't the one to blame Although he made me feel more pride Then anyone would consider human And then I got too cocky And he left me for the terrible things I'd done It seemed so unreasonable Now that I look back it was completely understandable When we were together I would look for things he didn't have I would go after every man With a large stack of cash I'd even sell my body I couldn't see what I did wrong So I wanted him to feel my angry wrath When in reality I was insecure and jealous Because his lover now seems to be His better half Day by day I would throw myself away I always seemed to get more wasted Than the day before Because each day I loathed myself more and more Other days I would refuse to move The couch seemed to be my death sentence Not moving seemed to be a must It was a matter of time before my cat would collect piles upon piles of dust By the time of my departure I was 500 pounds larger They had to dig a special grave For the stupid little mess I made Because of the seven deadly sins That got in the way
