Bleeding Smoke
Bleeding Smoke by Kyra Bennett I need you. I need the feeling i get with you. I need how happy you make me feel. You are such a nasty appeal. Love or hate; such a debate. You are always there, waiting for me at the gate. Without your company, i feel so alone but when I’m with you, i bring my happy clone. Dead? In all honesty what’s there to shed? When I’m feeling down, your high keeps me from the drown. When I’m with you, i’m in the clouds. My mind won’t think of the bad, all there is, is good. Quitting; I totally would, but all the possibilities of freeing my mind become I could. No, not could; should. Dead to myself, and dead to others except you. You have always stayed. The bad; you slayed The good is you; you’re the feeling i crave. When death approaches you’re the only one that tells me to be brave.
