Dance With Death
I went down this road so many times I have danced with Death for way too long It's a matter of time until I run out of chances And he takes me on his own Every time I try I regret it Every time I fight hard enough just to make it back in the nick of time Then I tell myself it'll never happen again But he knows it's a lie deep within I've done this so many times He seems to check up on me once a year For the last five He could have me by the touch of a finger But the doctors or fear bring me back Before he can touch me It's the sixth year now And I called him again He says he's tired of my games But I'm serious this time I want this pain to end So he goes to touch me one more time There were no doctors And there were no fights He touched me with one finger and took my life
