For all good and perfect gifts the Word says come from the Father of Lights, and the Father’s eyes are upon the thankful child for they are truly His delight. But our thanklessness hurts His heart so the One Who loves us so dear; it robs us of His blessings and His voice and causes us to fear. And then, as we choose to turn our face upon our Lord above, giving thanks again and praises He begins to fill us with His Love.
