Resolution Contest
Resolutions Contest Sponsor: Shadow Hamilton Some may take them casually as the ball slowly drops, other's take them seriously as the flakes fall from the night sky... So many resolutions on my long to-do list how will choose my second chance? Debating for the upcoming year while I wander to a place of reasoning... I've been wanting to finish that scrapbook, the one for my little bundle of joy, for when she grows old she will feel secure in my love for no one but her. I never finished college... I married so very young, I would love to become a graphic designer, a strong woman accomplishing life long goals as I gradually step older every passing year... See, I may have very little money this year... but there are many people much more deserving than I... Homelessness is an epidemic these days and I too have been unfortunate in my earlier days. If only I could pamper myself more. There's the kids, the animals and very little time... I'll call up my sister to go get a manicure or finally get my hair cut, it's been over a year and I am just too busy and I don't want to waste any money on myself...but...why? I too deserve to feel pretty, to look in the mirror and enjoy what reflection is staring back at me. Some may take them casually as the ball slowly drops, Other's take them seriously as the flakes fall from the night sky... So many resolutions on my long to-do list how will I choose my second chance? Wishing for the upcoming year to accomplish all my declarations and attaining my confidence for the very first time.
