Poisonous Kiss
A single kiss, A bitter reminder, that you're still here. Your kiss, What I'd never thought to fear. A poisonous bite, Though the feeling's so right Addictive at the touch So stay here, through the night Let's share another kiss If it won't be too much Lean closer, we can not escape The trigger's been pulled; the trap's been laid. We fall into a kiss so sweet As the tingles shuffle through our feet Through our body and through our head, As we slowly make our way to bed. Another kiss, to burn the soul Though heal my wounds, they've come to show. This captivation, through your eyes To pull me deeper into the lies We both feel alright, but the toll's yet to pay To tell me we'll never be okay. A final kiss, to end the night Suddenly I feel alright Until I leave you arms, and then I want it all again.
