Unconditional Flame
Throughout the years I walk a path Smooth and some was rocky Nothing to me really mattered Nothing to me was motivating Then came a sign of good faith A tree that stood a lone A tree that had shaded her Reading and learning she wanted Many times I saw her Many times I was in Awe! But years had passed Many times I wanted to talk her Nothing stopped me to do so Nothing had sadden me When I was able to sit by her Her eyes met mine and saw myself Her eyes was like my heart and sky Life had sparked in me when she smiled When she kissed my cheek for the first time When she held my soul for the first time I noticed the warmth she had for me And the way she leaned her head on my shoulder Nothing felt like bliss like that moment in time Nothing so safe and so relieving Her heart had my space and my heart was hers The spark that ignited felt right and safe The flame of love just spread through She held my soul and she gave me hers This I knew was the last thing I needed This is the last words I would be saying to her "I Love You!"
