Brotherly Love
That Jonah, the one in the whale, as from God he tried to run Being tossed from his sail he pretty much thought he was done Finally after three long days the whale spit him towards shore And no matter what anyone says this is what happened for sure Now he had a three day trip ahead, Johan made that trip in one Going to the King of Nineveh to plead for the city to repent And they did, till the second Generation, but there Jonah did sit Waiting to see the fall of a nation in still feeling Nineveh was a pit It was hot on that distant hill funny how that big gourd just grew Almost giving him a slight chill a new love like he never knew Then the worm ate it from the inside and he lost such an accord Jonah sat there and cried, not for Nineveh, but that stupid gourde I have no gourde by my side but it is here that I do sit and wait But oh! how often I have cried in the knowing of mankind's fate The thief comes in the middle of the night as so are you unprepared I just pray you come to see the Light and know that someone cared 1 Thessalonians 4:9 But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another
