They don't realize the pain she suffers the unsaid happenings of her daily struggle. The pain where gripping a rolled up sheet is her only relief each wave of pain not distinguishable. Yet the smile hovers around her face the look of an angel. Crying in pain is not losing face Just showing you she is approachable.
