Lunamopolis
LUNAMOPOLIS: Lunamopolis- Crazytown, wierdsville City of the covered sun. Feeling left under the ashes of the Human last, rotten, lost hope. Cinders blowing and swirling around my thoughts Chaos, chaotic triviality known to most But imagined in the being of the nobody. So many sheep unbeknownst to the rest Of the sheep feeding their material, spiritual And animalistic desire. Who finds the over served, by ones Left rotten decay from their own will. Thought we could be friends for friendship sake Outwardly reach, total reflection I cannot look into my mediocre life. I need my mirror to look into A persons eyes and see myself Not that hollow black shell, sound bogging Dreaming of walking in hand to Only find your sweaty palm Your hand that slipped mine. I could have held out forever. Your hopes, dreams and faith It does not, I've given up. But ever never fighting And holding on tighter. You know though through it all I could be the one to make you Hold fast and never let go. Realistically no one holds out forever. ©dedhedpoet 2015
