Why blame women when my poem was pure trash Causing dander's to raise and then teeth to gnash After on each one my poem deliberately unloaded No wonder they went and completely exploded. My talented poems have all taken their tally So maybe next one around they all will rally But for reasons hard to explain I am cursed And most recent one ended up being my worst. All my poems meet with a downhill slide And what if all of them I had tried to hide Maybe over a cliff or in a scratchy haystack In future could meet with much more slack.
