A Letter To My Father
How am I suppose to know you care, If every time I grieved for you, you weren't there? I always thought someday you would have came along, But it seems like i was thinking wrong. Sometimes I sit and wonder the reason why you left, And why you made promises you never kept. I really want to know why you went away, And why don't you want to come back to stay. When someone asks about you I tell them a lie, Then i'll go sit by myself and cry. Where were you when i was under stress, Just because i didn't wanted to fail my test. Mummy was there every step of the way, But i counted on you to come and save the day, Even though you weren't in my graduation crowd, I am still your daughter and i'll always make you proud. So even though i'm hurt & sad, No matter what you're still my dad. I'm proud to be your one and only daughter, But just remember i'll always love you throughout any matter Natalia Williams 15 (yrs)
