We seldom write a letter; your voice I do not hear; but many times before me your image will appear. Our hearts are bound together; our thoughts still intertwine, though the distance now is great between your home and mine. Today I feel your presence though I have not heard one word; friendship stretched across the miles, my memories gently stirred. True friends find birth in God's great heart; their roots grow strong and deep. Your friendship is mine forever, a treasure I can keep.
