Missing
The glass sat on the table the milk on the floor The note written in crayon mommy i gone to the store Grabbing her coat purse and her keys Leaving a note Out the doors she flees Outside her head goes side to side Not seeing her little boy she gets in her car and drives To the store she travels south bound Not stopping until her little boy is found Asking a neighbour who tells another They form a search team and head out together The fearing mother asks the women at the store Seems he didnt make it there when he went out the door Trembling in fear she looks to the sky Praying to god she finds her little boy alive The tears unbearable they start to pour As the other parents gather around her at the store We will find him you will see You have to stay strong most of all believe Heading back in the car she looks in the back seat There curled up is her little boy asleep The moral of the story Really you can cry over milk that spilled But you can believe in anything if you have the will
