Is it the visions you see that make you believe , Or is it the feelings you get when you've been decieved. Does the pain you feel a never ending ache , Tearing the heart and soul from you every day Time ticks so slowly pounding hard away at you , A breaking heart and there is nothing you can do. Must I settle for these lost broken dreams , Cause it feels like that is all there is it seems. Confused and discouraged with all my efforts , And really don't know what is all worth. Do it this way , no do it like that is what I hear, What if all of them do not know is what i fear. How am I to believe in any of what I am told , When so many times i was left out in the cold. Although my life has been broken and shattered, I should hold my head high act as if it didn't matter. So I will move on and learn to forget and forgive, And always remeber just where I have been. Only in time will I be able to tell , If I have changed things and doing well. Do not be surprized if I was to come out on top, For I willalways be doing my best with all I've got. It may have been broken but now on the mend, Never forgetting just where exactly that I have been.
