But every time I am disappointed more than before. Some days I see who god wants me to be, Living in his glory, holding his hand through the light and the dark With faith in my heart I can feel his love. Other days I fight and struggle to hold my head high. I dig deep to find a smile to cover my face of sorrow But often times the smile is nowhere to be found. Battling all the negative things I hear myself say, Why would god make me this way? I am confused and wrapped tight around two extremes. Trying to deal with a roller coaster that gains speed, I know I will never be free so I continue to fight the demons that I meet.
