My First Love
I knew the day will come , yet never realised this soon watching you so pale but yet so peaceful I knew it in my mind but my heart can never accept it letting you go, watching your pretty smile fade in your face knowing I will never see you again, nor touch you was the most heart wrecking moment knowing you has been a blessing, a miracle from the man above even though I never held you in my arms your memories will for ever leave I knew you were one of the Angels just did not realise you will be leaving for heaven soon how I wish you opened your eyes, how it wish you smiled I imagine how it would have been, to swatch you grow I know I will have loved you sitting here I wonder if you blame me, if you blame me for not fighting hard enough, for letting you go, if I could trade places I will take your place. if I held on, if I kept fighting, maybe you will still be with me. how I ever let go of what could have been what I could have taught you I wonder how your laugh would have sounded like if you were to be daddy’s girl or mommies girl not a single day goes by that I don’t think about you I now you are amongst the Angels, you are seating on the bosom of the Jesus Christ he is taking care of you, even though I miss you, I get comfort in knowing that you are watching over me. Dedicated to all mothers who have lost their Angels. God will never live nor forsake you.
