God's Chosen Mother
I know all mothers are special And chosen from above To be that special mother. To share that special love. But God knew my Mother was special; He chose her especially for me. He knew just what she needed, For her future He could see. She so wanted a baby, And she prayed hard every night. But her prayers seemed to go unanswered; It didn't seem fair; it just wasn't right. But, God knew what He was doing; He had planned it all from the start. He knew that I would need a mother So He placed me in her heart. A more perfect match could not have been Even if our blood we shared. For God knew what He was doing When He gave me a mother who cared. So Happy Mothers Day to my mom, My best friend she always will be For she was chosen by God above Especially just for me.
