Loneliness
… And I lifted that veil That covered Her pale face and stared into the crushing darkness of Her eyes. I was lost in a trance of delightful agony. She licked Her blood red lips, for She knew She had me right where she wanted me. I knew my life was dwindling at the very moment, but I just couldn’t tear myself from those eyes: Onyx stone, Black hole, Lord of the Void. I knew the knife was behind Her back. I could feel its cold, slender metal aching, aching to taste of my red plasma. Yes, I knew all along it was there and waiting… But I was lost in Her eyes. She drew Her arm back as far as She could and swiftly plunged the knife into the depths of my Soul. A tinge of red was in those eyes now. And I knew the deed was done. I felt Life ease out of me, but I just couldn’t look away…. Flowing, Rushing, Stealing Away. My Life was fading fast. So I looked down. I broke the Death Glare and looked down at the pool of blood at my waist. I raised my arm… I raised my arm and saw the small cut on my wrist.
