The reality I live the pain I feel you do not see, It seems death is my only chance to be free. I was once a angel full of beauty and grace But I allowed one who’s soul was damned to lead me astray, I turned my face from you, fell from heaven in all haste. I allowed all the good I had done to be for naught, I forgot all the good and mercy for me that you taught. My spirit called out to you But my soul you could not redeem, For I’m not simply broken but’ ruined. The spirit of the broken you may still be able to fix, But that which is ruined you can not complete the mix. One must simply wait to bury the damned, For there is no way to save the soul of the condemned!!
