Bedtime Monsters
Edward looked under the bed and sighed. 'Under there is where a monster could hide'. He looked in the wardrobe and shook his head, 'this is worse than under the bed!' He looked in the toy chest and held back the tears 'a monster could hide in here for years!' He looked in the toy cupboard and let out a growl. 'There's plenty of room for a monster to prowl!' He heard feet on the stairs and the door opened wide, he needed somewhere quick to hide! Mummys are good at keeping monster away, so he jumped in the toy chest and decided to stay. Edward the monster preferred under the bed, but tonight he'd sleep in the toy chest instead.
