Come Food Stamp Day
I know that it is essential To fast as we pray It has happen for centuries It's fashionable that way But, there is one thing that I have to say........ - As I pray each day of the week My soul is somber I'm meek and I'm weak But the good Lord know's I need something to eat - I know that it is essential To do this this way But I seem to get sleeker Every day - There are so many reasons' Why I should pray But, it is hard to pray come's Food Stamp Day Fore that is the day That i can get something to eat A loaf of bread and maybe some meat Their are so many thing's That I want to eat But to be true to my religion I must make the retreat - I could sure use a Piece of pizza pizza Or maybe some Chicken fi' lay I know that I need at least something To get me threw the day GF
